While we strive to maintain a casual and relaxed atmosphere, we all have to remember that there are real people behind those 'toons on the screen and as such a certain Code of Conduct to which we all must be willing to adhere:

1.  BARAKA IS A GUILD OF RESPECT

Enough emphasis cannot be placed on this point.  We are all to treat GUILD MEMBERS AND ANY OTHER PLAYERS with respect.  Each of our actions reflects on Baraka and it's members as a whole and we will not have that reputation ruined by a few loose cannons.

2.  GUILD FIRST

When putting a group together, be it an Instance run, Arena/BG group or just some good 'ole World PvP, ask within the Guild first whenever possible.  While this may not always be possible, please at least make the attempt.  One of the reasons people join a guild and an even bigger reason they stay is progression through the game.  We all need to do our part to help each other whenever possible.  

3.  AMBASSADORS OF THE GUILD

Each and every one of us is an Ambassador of the guild regardless of level, seniority, rank or position.  Please keep this in mind as you group with other players.   We continue to grow through the good will and deeds of each member...as others take note they gravitate to us and we are better for it.
